Qualifications

• 5+ years of private equity, investment banking or Tier 1 management consulting experience.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows.
• Good technical fluency and ability to understand workflows and data.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from requirements through implementation and ongoing relationship management.
• Translate client requirements into measurable workflows and scalable solutions.
• Develop workflows, templates and client-facing solutions.
• Manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Track customer usage, adoption and account health.
• Communicate blockers and risks clearly.
• Ensure documented decisions and deliverables are followed through.
