Banco Santander is seeking a Senior AI Transformation professional in Madrid to lead AI-driven change across Wealth Management & Insurance. The role centers on partnering with business, Data & AI, Technology, Risk and Compliance to scale AI-enabled processes and governance.

You will shape AI adoption through prompt engineering, automation playbooks and cross-functional collaboration, delivering measurable efficiency and value across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business transformation, management consulting or similar.
• Experience translating business needs into tech-enabled transformation.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools, copilots, automation and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute AI transformation plans aligned with business priorities.
• Identify AI use cases across wealth lifecycle and measure impact.
• Translate pain points into AI solutions including prompts, automation, and adoption journeys.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map activities and redesign processes.
• Build business cases, roadmaps and KPI frameworks for adoption and efficiency.
