Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our HealthCare sector in Iberia. The role focuses on pharma packaging sales, managing budgets, and strengthening relationships with key clients in pharma, veterinary, and OTC.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in sales within pharmaceutical packaging, a chemistry/health sciences background, and proficiency with Navision ERP and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales, pharma packaging ideally in vials and stoppers.
• Familiar with packaging materials, suppliers, processes, trends and regulations.
• Strong investigative skills to research new customers, trends and market conditions.
• Proficient with Excel/Word for data tracking, reports, and communication; experience with Navision ERP & Salesforce.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; proactive attitude to improve sales processes.
• Background in Chemistry, Health Sciences or related fields is a must.
• Language skills: English; Italian or French is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new clients within Iberia Plastics Market (Pharma, veterinary, OTC).
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
• Explain features and benefits of the company’s offering; prepare proposals and close deals.
• Ensure product/service delivery, resolve issues, and protect company interests.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and key meetings to strengthen visibility.
