JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a 3PL Delivery Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party delivery processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality last-mile services for customers.

You will oversee day-to-day 3PL performance, collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and supply chain teams, and drive improvements in transit times and routing efficiency. Strong data analysis and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of 3PL delivery partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and improve overall delivery efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to delivery operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL partners, providing feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
• Identify and evaluate new 3PL partners to expand delivery capabilities and optimize network coverage.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, cost analysis, and operational improvements to management.
