JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a 3PL Delivery Operations professional to optimize third-party delivery processes and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality last-mile services. The role requires strong data-driven decision making and collaboration across warehousing, customer service, and supply chain teams.

You will oversee 3PL partners, negotiate contracts, and drive improvements in delivery efficiency.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain operations with 3PL focus.
• Proven record of delivering operational efficiencies in delivery processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software (TMS, WMS).
• Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 3PL delivery partners; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to optimize routes and reduce transit times.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance gains.
• Coordinate with warehousing, customer service, and supply chain teams to streamline flows.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL partners and create improvement plans.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with 3PL providers for pricing and service quality.
• Evaluate and onboard new 3PL partners to expand network coverage.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on delivery performance and costs to management.

Job Summary

JD.com, Inc. is seeking a 3PL Delivery Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party logistics delivery processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality last-mile delivery services for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of third-party logistics (3PL) delivery partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and improve overall delivery efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, customer service, supply chain) to streamline processes and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL partners, providing feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
• Identify and evaluate new 3PL partners to expand delivery capabilities and optimize network coverage.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, cost analysis, and operational improvements to management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a strong focus on 3PL management and last-mile delivery.
• Proven track record of optimizing delivery processes and achieving operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
