Moncler Barcelona - Paseo de Gracia is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller to manage warehouse operations at our luxury boutique. You will ensure timely product availability for clients and maintain an organized stockroom to support the sales team.

The role requires 2–4 years in stock management, fluency in Spanish and English, RFID experience, weekend availability, and a digitally savvy mindset. Competitive compensation includes a sales commission and meal vouchers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warehouse operations with high efficiency, ensuring products are available for clients.
• Organize stockroom, monitor rotations, and inform sales team.
• Manage stock replenishment, stock counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Report discrepancies to line manager and handle repair requests.
• Support colleagues in administrative activities.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Barcelona - Paseo de Gracia Boutique.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector;
• Stong attention to detail and well-organized;
• Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
• Fluent in Spanish and English;
• Available to work during weekends;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
