Moncler is seeking a 30h Part-Time Client Advisor for our Madrid boutique (Galeria Canalejas). You will guide clients through Moncler's heritage, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.

You will work with the team to meet sales targets, uphold visual standards, and participate in stock and inventory activities, while thriving in a luxury, international environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of sales experience; luxury fashion/retail background is a strong plus.
• International mindset and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail with strong client orientation and commercial drive.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).

Overview

Moncler is currently looking for a 30h Part-Time Client Advisor to join the team of our boutique in Madrid - Galeria Canalejas.

As a Client Advisor, you will embody the brand’s values through professional presence, refined communication style and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide each client through Moncler’s heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships.

Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Your Impact

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling and after-sales activities while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing actively to the overall store performance.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Moncler's visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment and effective stock management in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
• Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
• International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€29,000 (to be pro-rated), depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to individual and store performance.
