Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor for our boutique at La Roca Village. You will embody the brand's values with professional presence, refined communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will guide each client through Moncler's heritage and collections, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and build long-term relationships while supporting inventory and merchandising.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
• International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus.

Moncler is currently looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join the team of our boutique in La Roca Village. As a Client Advisor, you will embody the brand’s values through professional presence, refined communication style and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide each client through Moncler’s heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships.

Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€27,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
