Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate for its Barcelona Paseo de Gracia boutique. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in luxury boutiques, be fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and demonstrate strong sales techniques.

The Sales Associate represents the brand, ensuring exemplary customer service, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a welcoming environment. The role includes responsibilities in managing client relationships and completing back-office tasks.

Formación

• Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our exceptional team at Christian Dior Couture, in our Barcelona Paseo de Gracia boutique.

As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand’s sales growth within the store, representing the brand’s values, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Sales

• Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products.
• Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add‑on sales.
• Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
• Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling.

Management of the Relationship with Clients

• Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, which includes offering best‑in‑class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
• Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
• Problem‑solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.

Back‑Office Support

• Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessary.
• Elaborate and supervise product feedback.
• Prepare a delivery and the essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping.

Requirements

• Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
