YOUR MISSION

Louis Vuitton is looking for passionate and client-focused individuals to join our team in Barcelona as temporary Stock Controller.

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms. You will manage delivery operations, prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operation.

Job responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Stock Controller you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Guarantee an efficient and logical organization of all the storage rooms (products and packaging).
  • Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing the stocks quickly and precisely.
  • Guarantee the availability of the appropriate products in the store to improve its efficiency and maximize the client experience.
  • Ensure a daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar.
  • Prepare the shop floor with the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and seamless selling process and the comfort of client advisors.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Follow the internal audit guidelines.

General functions

  • Comply with the processes and procedures of the company.
  • Be fully integrated into the store team and contribute to fulfilling the global objectives of the store.
  • Help the client advisors to optimize their adaptability to public inflow and adjust it to the client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest for the business, identifying and resolving issues to achieve higher efficiency and client experience.
Profile

REQUIREMENTS

You will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
  • Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving store needs.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with store teams and the supply chain.
  • Customer-focused approach, ensuring stock operations enhance the overall client experience.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a keen interest in business operations and efficiency.
  • Committed, proactive, and able to adapt to a changing environment as retail.
  • Basic tech knowledge (daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools).
