Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a Stewarding Assistant Manager to support the Stewarding Manager in daily operations, ensuring top cleanliness, sanitation, and efficiency across kitchens and back-of-house areas.

The role includes supervising stewarding staff, managing inventory, and assisting with labor and expense control while ensuring compliance with health regulations and Four Seasons standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in stewarding operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume F&B.
• Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety per local and international regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Experience supporting banquet, restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational challenges, and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in inventory control, scheduling, and basic administrative functions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in selecting, training, evaluating, motivating, coaching, and disciplining Stewarding staff.
• Supervise cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchens, storage areas, and stewarding equipment.
• Support controlling labor and operating expenses through scheduling and inventory monitoring.
• Monitor machinery use, care, and maintenance; report needs as required.
• Maintain adequate inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and cleaning supplies.
