Four Seasons Hotel Madrid offers internships across F&B, Culinary, Rooms, Sales & Marketing, IT, Finance, and People & Culture. From January/February 2027, you will be fully immersed in daily operations, learn from experts, and gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Formación

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
