Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics invites a Station Manager to oversee daily operations at a Madrid facility, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound processing, proper staffing, and timely delivery while upholding JD.com service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead drivers and station staff, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, collaborate with regional teams, manage inventory and equipment, and report on performance with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational targets.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, last-mile delivery, and warehousing operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of daily station operations, including inbound and outbound parcel processing, sorting, loading, and delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of delivery drivers and station staff, including conducting performance reviews, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as delivery rates, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with JD.com's operational policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Optimize station workflow and resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory of station supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with regional management and other departments to achieve overall logistics network goals.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports and analyses.
