Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to shape a new Field Engineering function for a fast-growing global technology environment. You will own backend systems, APIs, data flows, and external integrations to solve critical technical challenges for enterprise customers.

As an early team member, you will collaborate with Account Management and Product teams to boost performance, improve bookings, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Hands-on staff software engineer with proven production systems experience.
• Strong backend engineering and distributed systems expertise.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement solutions across a global travel platform.
• Identify opportunities with Account Management and resolve performance issues.
• Investigate bottlenecks in backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and dependencies.
• Optimize pricing mechanisms to improve booking competitiveness and profitability.
• Improve hotel inventory availability and supplier connectivity.
• Transform customer insights into actionable technical improvements.
