Jobgether is seeking an experienced Back-end Engineer (Java/Kotlin) based in Spain to develop scalable SaaS solutions. You will own impactful projects, shape architecture, and build reliable distributed services and APIs within a JVM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of backend experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and JVM backend development.
• Experience with scalable SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to development of SaaS solutions.
• Design and evolve software architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Build distributed services, backend systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Write clean, scalable code and maintain a robust codebase.
• Develop and maintain automated test coverage.
• Improve platform availability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD improvements.
• Apply agile development practices and collaborative culture.
