Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge customers, sales, and product teams. You will listen to prospects, extract needs, and translate them into Grafana solutions, delivering demos, enablement, and technical evaluations.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with global teams and customers, demonstrating Grafana technologies, participating in knowledge-sharing, and contributing to enablement materials. Must be located in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong written and oral communication for remote teams and customers.
• Ability to articulate Grafana value propositions and technical advantages.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value to customers.
• Own technical engagements and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
