SAMY is seeking a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team in Spain, blending technical configuration with client-facing consultancy. You will design, implement and optimize Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows, translating client needs into scalable platform setups.

This dual role requires hands-on platform work and strong collaboration with strategy, analytics, and client teams.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr across Social Listening, Reporting and/or Service/Workflow capabilities.
• Strong understanding of social listening configuration, including Boolean queries, taxonomies, topics and classification/tagging logic.
• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and reporting environments.
• Comfortable working with data structures, exports, data dictionaries and data governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot, QA and optimize platform configurations rather than simply manage them at a high level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical, analytical, strategic and client-facing teams.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the detail when required.
• Native or Fluent Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize social listening models (taxonomies, queries, topics).
• Design and optimize dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.
• Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes.
• Ensure data governance and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into Sprinklr configurations.
• Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues.
• Document listening models, queries, rules, dashboards, data structures.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and social performance analyses.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on platform usage.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, social listening and client teams.
