SAMY in Madrid seeks a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to design, configure and optimize Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows. This dual technical and consultative role combines client-facing advisory with hands-on platform work in a fast-growing agency.

You will translate business needs into scalable Sprinklr configurations, build dashboards, govern data quality and train stakeholders, collaborating with strategy, analytics and client teams to deliver

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr across Social Listening, Reporting and/or Service/Workflow capabilities.
• Strong understanding of social listening configuration, including Boolean queries, taxonomies, topics and classification/tagging logic.
• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and reporting environments.
• Comfortable working with data structures, exports, data dictionaries and data governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot, QA and optimize platform configurations rather than simply manage them at a high level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical, analytical, strategic and client-facing teams.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the detail when required.
• Native or Fluent Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize social listening models, including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.
• Design, build and optimize operational and executive dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.
• Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes to support insights and incidents.
• Ensure data governance and data quality, including tagging consistency and taxonomy maintenance.
• Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable Sprinklr configurations.
• Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document listening models, queries, rules, dashboards, workflows and data structures for traceability.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and social media performance analysis across organic and paid activity.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on platform usage and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, social listening and client teams to ensure platform delivers against business needs.

Role Mission

We are looking for a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team and support the design, configuration and optimization of Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows.

This is a dual technical and consultative role: someone who can understand business and client needs, translate them into effective Sprinklr solutions, and is comfortable getting hands‑on with the platform configuration. Combines the client-facing and consultative mindset of a Technical Success Manager with the hands‑on capabilities of a Sprinklr Consultant / Platform Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize social listening models, including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.

• Design, build and optimize operational and executive dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.

• Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes to support the management of insights and incidents.

• Ensure data governance and data quality, including tagging consistency, classification accuracy and taxonomy maintenance.

• Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable and technically robust Sprinklr configurations.

• Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues and continuously identify opportunities to improve the setup.

• Document listening models, queries, rules, dashboards, workflows and data structures to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and social media performance analysis, covering both organic and paid activity.

• Train internal and external stakeholders on platform usage, dashboards and reporting metrics.

• Work closely with strategy, analytics, social listening and client teams to ensure the platform delivers against business needs.

Key Deliverables

• Fully documented social listening models, including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.

• Competitor benchmark analyses and social media performance reporting across organic and paid activity.

• Operational and executive dashboards configured and optimized in Sprinklr.

• Alerting and workflow systems for insight and incident management.

• Export schemas and data dictionaries supporting reporting, traceability and data governance.

• Clear technical documentation and governance guidelines for ongoing maintenance and optimization.

Skills & experience

• Hands‑on experience with Sprinklr, ideally across Social Listening, Reporting and/or Service/Workflow capabilities.

• Strong understanding of social listening configuration, including Boolean queries, taxonomies, topics and classification/tagging logic.

• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and reporting environments.

• Comfortable working with data structures, exports, data dictionaries and data governance.
