COROS is seeking a support specialist to reliably resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. You will provide world-class product support to athletes, learn COROS systems, and troubleshoot effectively.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential. The role offers hybrid/remote work options from Almería, Spain, with a base salary starting point and potential for bonus based on performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work 9:00–18:00 CEST, with weekend option.
• Reliable internet and a quiet remote work area.
• Strong attention to detail and procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all COROS products.
• Troubleshoot and provide proper solutions to customer inquiries.
• Adhere to attendance standards and communicate with leadership.
• Support order tracking, data entry, and related tasks as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to improve the customer experience.
