Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading digital solutions provider in Greece. You will be the face of the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in the CRM.

Relocation is fully funded, including flight, transfer, and hotel. English proficiency (minimum B2) and strong communication are essential, and you must be willing to live and work in Greece as part of a multinational team.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Minimum English proficiency of B2.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries for Dutch-speaking customers via calls, chats and/or phone calls.
• Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
