Job summary

Strada is seeking a payroll and data management professional to support the execution of payroll activities and data management/customer services. You will be flexible to support payroll and/or customer service tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely output.

You will independently process payroll end-to-end, support statutory and year-end reporting, and advise clients on payroll queries while maintaining SLA performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business-related field and 2-3 years payroll/HR experience.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Process Payroll End to End to meet the processing calendar and KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting to calendar/KPIs.
• Advise on payroll queries and country legislation.
• Knowledge transfer to Apprentices and Associates on Data Management or Customer Service.
• Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales.
• Support System Maintenance Testing and liaise with Third Parties.
• Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to Service Manager.
