Job summary

Strada in Granada seeks a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements. You will use hrX tools and BI dashboards to monitor tickets, interpret payslips, and maintain calendars while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Ability to process payroll end-to-end following defined standards and client requirements.
• Experience using HR/payroll software and BI dashboards for monitoring tickets.
• Strong data accuracy, payslip interpretation, and calendar adherence.
• Ability to handle confidential information and support SOC1 controls.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll from end to end per defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using BI tools to meet timelines.
• Utilize the hrX suite for payroll processing and related activities.
• Understand payslips and payroll calendars; identify deviations and change requests.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Answer payroll-related questions and support system maintenance testing.
• Maintain work instructions and coordinate with third parties as needed.
• Contribute to RCA processes and provide knowledge transfers to peers.
