Job summary

Strada is a payroll, workforce, and technology leader simplifying international payroll management. Based in Granada, this role contributes to payroll activities and data management, with flexibility to support payroll or customer services as needed.

You will process payroll end-to-end, support statutory reporting, and help colleagues through knowledge transfer while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a business-related field; 2-3 years payroll or HR outsourcing experience.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end and data management or customer service activities as per calendar/KPIs.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting to calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on payroll queries/issues and country-specific legislation.
• Support knowledge transfer to Apprentices/Associates on data management or customer service.
• Ensure tickets/calls are answered within SLA and with high quality.
• Maintain system integrity and contribute to root-cause analyses.
