Strada is a leading payroll, HR, and technology provider helping organizations manage their workforces across 180+ countries. This role focuses on delivering accurate payroll processing and data management while supporting customer service activities and statutory reporting.

You will work with HRIS platforms and collaborate with apprentices and associates to share knowledge and maintain service levels. A strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance is required.

Formación

• BA/BS in business-related field or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR outsourcing, consulting, or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently process Payroll End to End to ensure delivery per calendar and KPIs.
• Support Data Management or Customer Service activities as per calendar and KPIs.
• Assist with Statutory and Year End Reporting to the calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries/issues with payroll knowledge and country legislation.
