Strada is seeking a Payroll Operations specialist to help manage end-to-end payroll processes and data management across regions. You will support statutory reporting and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years payroll experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft. This role focuses on data accuracy and customer service within a collaborative team.

Formación

• BA/BS in a business-related field.
• 2-3 years experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.

Responsabilidades

• Independently process Payroll End to End per calendar and KPIs.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise clients on payroll queries and country legislation.
• Train Apprentices/Associates on Data Management or Customer Service.
• Respond to tickets/calls within SLA times.
• Support system maintenance testing.
• Liaise with third parties.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
