Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll/HR Data Specialist in Granada to contribute to end-to-end payroll processing, data management, and customer services. You will work within a global, fast-paced environment, supporting statutory reporting and client inquiries while upholding Strada security standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years payroll or HR data experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate in a team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business-related field or equivalent.
• 2–3 years payroll or health and welfare data experience.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll end-to-end to meet calendar, KPIs and SLAs.
• Support data management or customer service activities as required.
• Advise clients on country-specific payroll legislation and respond to inquiries.
