Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker for an international customer service role in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, delivering excellent service and solutions while supporting people with diabetes.

The position requires eligibility to work in Portugal, availability to start on 23 November, and a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts. Benefits include health coverage, language classes, and relocation assistance.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish is required.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Contract & Benefits

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
€1440.50per month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
