Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer service professional to support customers across channels and deliver an outstanding experience. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be available to start on November 23.

Responsibilities include responding via phone, email, and chat; resolving inquiries; providing accurate information; and escalating complex issues when needed. 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken.
• English level B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ wpm.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.

• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
