Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Agent to help international clients in the diabetes sector. If you speak fluent Spanish and communicate clearly in English, you will respond via phone, email and chat, resolve inquiries, and ensure a superior customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be available for the November start. The role offers 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and language

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
