Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills for a customer service role at an international medical device company. You will support customers across phone, email and chat, resolve questions, and deliver an outstanding experience.

This is a 12‑month contract, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, relocation support, comprehensive health insurance and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
• English at least B1/B2 level.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.
