Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a fluent Spanish speaker for an international customer service role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist customers across phone, email, and chat, solving queries and delivering excellent service.

Eligibility to work in Portugal is required, with the starting date on the 23rd of November. The position requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts, a 12-month contract, and relocation support.

Qualifications

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
