Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills to support customers of an international medical device company. You will respond via phone, email and chat, resolve queries, provide accurate information and escalate complex issues when needed.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be available to start on the 23rd of November. The role offers 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, and relocation/ language support options.

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English at B1/B2 level.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
€1440.50per month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
