Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer service professional to join our international medical device team in Lisbon. You will support customers via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and delivering an outstanding experience while meeting targets.

Eligibility to work in Portugal is required, with a start date of November 23. The role offers a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, relocation support, health insurance, and language training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English level B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
