Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service for an international medical device company. You will engage customers across phone, email and chat, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions.

Eligible to work in Portugal, available to start November 23, and willing to relocate to Lisbon are required. A comprehensive on-boarding and language support are provided, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English proficiency at least B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with basic computer knowledge.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

Contract & Benefits

• 12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
