Betway Group in Ceuta is seeking a Customer Service Host to deliver high-quality support via calls, emails and chats in Spanish and English. The role requires shift work and a residence permit for Ceuta, with a focus on customer satisfaction and cross-selling across products.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining service excellence.

Formación

• Spanish as home/first language essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently).
• Valid work/residence permit for Ceuta.
• Ability to handle complex interactions clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer service by responding to queries via telephone, email, and online chats in Spanish and English.
• Assist on tasks within other regions using translation tools provided.
• Process and resolve incoming/outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
• Enter relevant information into databases and complete shift tasks.
• Build and manage customer relationships and cross-sell products and services.
• Problem-solve during shifts and adhere to schedule.
• Perform extra tasks as required by managers.
