Job summary

HOKA in Madrid is seeking a marketing leader to develop and execute Iberia brand strategy and seasonal plans, translating Global/EMEA direction into Spain-specific campaigns to grow awareness and market share across running, outdoor, and lifestyle categories.

You will lead the local marketing team, collaborate with commercial and regional teams, and manage agencies and partners to drive impactful campaigns and consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in brand marketing or related field.
• Experience developing country-specific strategies and 360 campaigns.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Iberia marketing strategy and locally relevant 360 campaigns.
• Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets and GTM priorities.
• Manage trade marketing, DTC initiatives and retail activations.
• Coach the local marketing team and align with regional/global teams.
• Partner with agencies, partners and cross-functional teams.
