Job summary

Eucalyptus, via Juniper, seeks a General Manager to launch in Spain from zero, based in Barcelona. You’ll own the local product experience and the operations behind it, building a team and defining what great looks like as we scale.

Reporting to the international leadership, you’ll manage local performance, partnerships, and unit economics, while coordinating with central product, growth and clinical teams to tailor the experience for Spanish patients.

Responsibilities

• Define what makes Juniper win in Spain and what a great customer experience looks like locally.
• Own retention, engagement and customer outcomes, from onboarding through to long-term customer loyalty.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through to treatment.
• Build the local operating model, systems and processes required to scale whilst maintaining quality.
• Hire, develop and lead a high-performing local team.
• Partner closely with central product, growth and clinical teams to localise the experience for Spanish consumers.
• Own local operational performance, service quality and unit economics.
• Build local partnerships, community and brand relevance within the Spanish market.
• Act as the voice of the customer and market, influencing product and business decisions across the wider organisation.
