Job summary

Pillar is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the Spanish-speaking market launch from zero, collaborating with central Growth and local Sales. You will adapt proven Italian strategies to Spain, build the local playbook, and establish product marketing messaging and buyer psychology for construction and related regulated industries.

This is a hands-on role based in Barcelona with autonomy, offering a permanent contract, competitive pay (€30,000–€45,000), 25 vacation days, direct access to leadership,

Qualifications

• Experience launching or scaling marketing in a new country/market, ideally in B2B SaaS or a sales-led business.
• Comfortable working in a matrix with central teams (paid, lifecycle, SEO/content).
• Thinks in metrics: CAC, ARR, pipeline, funnel, conversions.
• Fluent Spanish, plus working proficiency in English.
• Understand local construction/B2B landscape and buyer psychology.

Responsibilities

• Own market entry from zero with central Growth and local Sales.
• Adapt proven Italy strategies to the Spanish market for paid, lifecycle, and content.
• Own local product marketing: messaging, competitive intelligence, buyer psychology.
• Partner with central Paid to launch and localize campaigns with no prior data.
• Collaborate with CRM/Lifecycle to build nurture flows and segmentation.
• Work with local Sales as it ramps and align on pipeline expectations.
• Document learnings for reuse in future country launches.
• Report market traction and feed insights into central roadmap.
