Job summary

Xolo is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR operations for our Spain team and support our global workforce. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Spanish labour law, and collaborate with our payroll provider and external advisors to keep payroll, registrations, and reporting accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations or Generalist role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, collective agreements, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle for the Spain team, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure practices comply with Spanish labour law and applicable collective agreement.
• Coordinate with payroll provider and external advisors for payroll inputs and reporting.
• Manage occupational health and safety for Spain team.
• Be the first point of contact for contracts, leave, benefits, and other employment questions.
• Prepare and manage employment documents across countries with templates and local advisors.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with EOR partners; contract changes and payroll/leave checks.
• Maintain contractor records and accurate HRIS data; support reporting and audits.
