Dialedin Recruiting's client, a Berlin-based AI B2B SaaS startup, seeks a Full Cycle Account Executive to launch Spain from Barcelona or Madrid. The role combines remote work with regular in-person client meetings; you will build and own the sales motion end-to-end across Spain, focusing on financial services prospects.

You will devise GTM strategies, optimize playbooks, and drive pipeline, demos, negotiations, and closings, with a strong emphasis on Spanish market integration and revenue growth.

Formación

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or fast-paced tech startup.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• C2 level Spanish and fluent in English required.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end sales ownership in Spain, from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and test scalable sales playbooks and GTM tactics.
• Act as trusted advisor with a value-driven customer journey.
