Job summary

Exyte in Madrid seeks a Managing Director Spain to establish and lead the Spanish business, shaping strategy and delivering profitable growth. Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering, construction or EPC with accountability for performance
• Entrepreneurial and business development capability to establish and grow market presence
• Strong understanding of complex EPC project delivery and associated risks
• Sound commercial and financial acumen: P&L, forecasting, cash flow, contract mgmt
• Established leadership and stakeholder mgmt in an international matrix environment
• Academic background in Engineering/Construction Management/Business; MBA advantageous; fluent Spanish & English

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy and business plan for Spain, translating opportunities into a sustainable project pipeline
• Build Exyte’s market presence by developing senior relationships with customers, investors, developers, authorities, partners and stakeholders
• Lead the Spanish business and organization, providing strategic, commercial, operational, and people leadership while implementing priorities
• Assume full financial accountability for revenue, profitability, P&L, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and risk management
• Oversee project delivery and profitability, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, schedule and risk objectives
• Build a capable local organization through workforce planning, leadership development, and collaboration with regional/global functions
