Job summary

Daze, a leader in smart charging systems, seeks a Business Developer for Spain to kick off sales and development activities. You will generate leads, initiate outreach, and build client relationships while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with Marketing.

You will join a fast-growing team in Madrid, enjoy a flexible, energetic environment, and support the energy transition across Europe with innovative charging and energy management solutions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in Economics, Marketing, Industrial/Management Engineering, or Communication.
• Proactive, resourceful, comfortable picking up the phone to talk with clients/partners.
• Organized, precise, good listener and negotiator.
• Knowledge of English or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation in the Spanish market across Spain.
• First contact and outreach through calls, emails and other channels.
• Relationship management and qualification of interest in solutions.
• CRM management and logging of daily activities and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and refine sales approach.
