Job summary

Daze, Italy’s leading smart charging system company, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Catalonia and Northern Spain. You will drive regional growth, manage distributors and installers, and work with the Iberica Team in Madrid.

Based in or willing to operate in Catalonia and Northern Spain, you will travel regularly across the region and collaborate with HQ to shape commercial strategy. The package includes €25,000–€45,000 base salary plus a 30% uncapped bonus and travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales in energy/EV sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish market and local channels.
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional commercial strategies for Catalonia and Northern Spain.
• Identify new business opportunities in EV charging and photovoltaic sectors.
• Manage and grow distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers.
• Achieve and report on sales targets and performance.
