Jobgether is seeking a hands-on People Operations Partner based in Spain to deliver a seamless employee experience for a globally distributed workforce. You will own core People Operations activities—from onboarding to data management and lifecycle changes—while enabling improvements through AI and automation.

The role combines execution with opportunities to contribute to analytics, HRIS projects, policy rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives, mentoring teams across regions and time zones

Formación

• Experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Experience with a global or multi-country workforce.
• Strong communication and data reporting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and process a high volume of employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job/compensation changes).
• Support employees and managers across countries/time zones with global processes while respecting local nuances.
• Provide day-to-day benefits support and coordinate with vendors.
