Manychat is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to own the day-to-day experience across Spain, including the Barcelona office, remote staff, onboarding, internal events, and workplace operations.

You will join a pragmatic, service-oriented team, own onboarding touchpoints, organize events, improve the employee journey, and partner with People Operations to align local activity with company programs.

Formación

• There is no single background required for this role.
• Ideal candidates come from Employee Experience, Workplace, hospitality, coworking, operations, project management, customer experience, or a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in Spain, supporting local team members, remote employees, and office visitors.
• Team up with the People Ops Partner to make onboarding and the overall employee experience feel seamless.
• Own the welcome experience from start to finish, think preboarding info, welcome packs, and those local touches that make people feel at home on day one.
• Plan and support internal events, team gatherings, and local community activities.
• Identify gaps across the employee journey and turn them into practical improvements.
• Partner with the Employee Experience Program Manager to keep local execution aligned with company-wide programs.
