PayXpert is seeking an HR Business Partner – People Operations to deliver consistent, compliant and high-quality People Operations across Spain, France and the UK, guiding managers and employees on relations, policies and employment practices. You will support payroll coordination, records accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Role focuses on compliance, governance, data integrity and continuous process improvement using Factorial, SharePoint and Notion, with strong English and French

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Employment Law, Psychology or related field.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) would be advantageous.
• Additional training in Employment Law, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety or HR Analytics would be considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations within international organisations.
• Experience coordinating performance reviews, salary review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and People Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational delivery of the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the UK, including changes, promotions, compensation updates, mobility and offboarding.
• Ensure employee records, contracts and People documentation remain accurate, complete and compliant.
• Support managers and employees on operational People matters, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate operational People activities with payroll, Finance and external providers.
• Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across all operational touchpoints.
• Deliver accurate, compliant and efficient People Operations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate the operational delivery of PayXpert's performance review processes.
• Support salary review cycles, variable compensation administration and changes.
• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, including the Values Awards programme.
• Manage employee surveys and support engagement initiatives across the organisation.
• Analyse employee feedback and recommend operational improvements.
• Support engagement through performance, rewards and recognition programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation in Spain, France and the UK, working with external advisors.
• Manage employment documentation, audits and reporting obligations.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections and compliance reviews related to employment practices.
• Proactively identify operational and legal risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and optimise HR systems including Factorial, SharePoint and Notion.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Coordinate People surveys and analyse workforce data.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and systems.
