JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks a seasoned commercial procurement and contract management professional to lead the Spanish greenfield deployment. You will secure and manage 3PL transport and last-mile providers across Spain, negotiate rates, draft SLAs, and oversee ongoing vendor performance reporting to regional leadership.

The role demands strategic negotiation, strong logistics contracting experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Language proficiency in English and Spanish mandatory
• Mandarin knowledge highly valued

Responsabilidades

• Secure, onboard, and manage external 3PL transport and last-mile providers across Spain
• Negotiate commercial rates and draft SLAs with carriers
• Manage ongoing vendor performance and relationship with regional leadership
• Establish a scalable network of 3PL/carrier partners from ground up
