JD Logistics seeks a procurement lead to own local purchasing and site-readiness for its Madrid launch. You will manage supplier selection and onboarding, negotiate terms, and ensure timely provision of indirect goods and services for a successful go-live.

You will build a robust supplier network in Spain, align with JD.com standards, and coordinate with global teams to track KPIs and optimize ongoing operations after launch.

Formación

• Language proficiency: English, Spanish, and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Strong procurement and vendor-management capabilities.
• Ability to lead local launch procurement and site-readiness initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Take immediate ownership of end-to-end local procurement for Madrid launch.
• Source, negotiate, and secure 100% of critical indirect supplies for the site go-live.
• Establish a robust network of Spanish suppliers and contractors aligned with compliance and budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate between Madrid operations and global HQ to ensure seamless communication and KPIs.
