Soho House & Co. in Barcelona is seeking a Spa & Gym Receptionist to ensure members and guests have an exceptional experience. You will greet everyone warmly, manage bookings and introduce the full range of Soho House services, while upholding our values of collaboration, simplicity, kindness and passion.

The role requires up to 2 years in a busy venue, excellent customer service and fluent English and Spanish. Enjoy Soho House benefits and a dynamic, friendly team environment.

Formación

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Reliable, friendly and a key team member.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members by name and greet guests warmly.
• Be well-versed in SOPs, menus, amenities and laundry drop for Housekeeping.
• Learn services offered by Soho House Gym & Spa.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary reception area.
• Manage member lists, spa bookings and personal training classes.
• Resolve guest concerns in real time and relay feedback to management.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
• Communicate feedback to management and uphold Soho House standards.
• Contribute to a fun, approachable, professional atmosphere.
