Soho House Barcelona is seeking an energetic Club Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the Barcelona Pool House. You will greet members and guests with warmth, handle reservations, inquiries, and guest arrivals, and help create memorable experiences across our outlets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous reception or guest relations experience, and a genuine passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and service excellence.

Formación

• Previous reception/front office/guest relations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience.
• Energetic, personable, service-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple outlets.
• Handle incoming calls and ensure inquiries are directed efficiently.
• Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.
• Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.
• Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus and House offerings.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless member experiences.
